IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED WHEN SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT?
 
We do require a current card on file! However, this is only to hold your spot, we don’t take any money out prior to the appointment! We do take out 50% of the service price if there is a cancellation not within the time frame offered or a no show. 
 
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
 
If for whatever reason you aren’t pleased with your results there are no refunds & no money back. If you have concerns, you must contact us the same week as your appointment & we can fix it with just the cost of product used. 
 
HOW ARE YOUR PRICES DETERMINED?
 
Every appointment has a different time frame! They range from 30mins to sometimes 5 hours. We book appointments back-to-back so the time frame of the service booked is all we will have time for. A complimentary trim & style comes with every color service.
 
Time, products, talent & knowledge all help determine prices! Usually, the longer appointments are more expensive. We are very fair & charge what we are worth! We put so much time & effort into each service & of course use high-end products!

WHY ARE HIGH-END PRODUCTS BETTER?
 
We love Kevin Murphy because they only focus on hair care & have perfected it! They use the best ingredients & the products do exactly what they say they are going to do without adding build-up! 
 
We believe in the products we use & sell. We have done our research & we use them ourselves because we love the results!
 
WHAT IF A CLIENT DOESN’T WANT TO TALK DURING THEIR APPOINTMENT?
 
That is totally fine!! We love catching up with you but we do our best to read the client & totally get if you just want to relax! You can hang out on your phone, watch the movie playing in the Parlour & eat your snacks. We won’t be offended!!
 
DO YOU ALLOW WALK-INS?
 
We are typically appointment only. However, we do occasionally have openings so you are always welcome to call & check or DM us on Instagram to see what the schedule looks like.
 
It also depends on the service & the length of time needed. We can take haircut appointments a lot easier than trying to squeeze in a color service. 
 
You can ALWAYS pop in to buy products & accessories!

We have a blog that covers many different topics to help you learn more about products best for your hair type, how to care for your hair, washing tips, how to know what service to book, color care, etc.
 
Booking a consult is also a great way to learn more about your hair & the best products for you!
 
CAN I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
 
You will get a text confirmation & email confirmation reminding you about your appointment. 
 
You have up to 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule or cancel your service. If you fail to do so within that time frame, you will be charged 50% of the service booked.
 
We understand if there is a family emergency or terrible weather. We just please ask that you communicate that to us.
 
DO YOU DOUBLE BOOK YOUR CLIENTS?
 
No we don’t believe in double booking because we want to give you all of our attention & love during your appointment! It is all about you once you sit in our chair! 
 
That being said, it is important that you arrive early or on time for your appointment. We book back-to-back so if you are running late then it will back up our appointments for the day.

HOW CAN I BECOME A CLIENT & BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
 
Anyone can become a client! All you have to do is book an appointment online through the link in our Instagram bio or go directly to our website. Brooke is not currently accepting new clients, except for extensions, but the other stylists are amazing!!!

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MY HAIR TRIMMED?
 
We recommend getting a trim every 6-8 weeks to maintain healthy hair & get a fresh start from split ends. 
 
WHAT ARE THE PARLOUR HOURS?
 
The Parlour is open Monday - Friday from 9am-7pm & on Saturday from 9am - 5pm.

DO YOU ONLY DO BLONDES OR CAN YOU DO ANY COLOR?
 
We specialize in blondes & because blonde is so tricky a lot of our clients do come to us for blonde. However, we focus on beautiful blended hair & do all color.
 
WHY DO YOU PREFER TO CUT DRY?
 
We cut dry because it is easier to see the look of your hair. The hair doesn’t lie! We can see how the hair falls & how it will lay when it is dry. We will always style it afterwards as well! 
 
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT PRODUCTS ARE BEST FOR MY HAIR?
 
We will discuss products at each appointment. Come with questions & seek to know more about how to care for your hair! We are here to help recommend a customized hair regimen perf for you!

CAN I PURCHASE PRODUCTS, TOOLS, OR ACCESSORIES ONLINE?
 
Yes, everything is available to purchase on our website & we ship our orders nationwide. You can easily access our website through the link in our Instagram bio.
 
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY APPOINTMENTS?
 
Our stylists get booked out fast so we recommend booking far in advance! We also recommend booking multiple appointments at a time! Future follow up appointments are key to maintaining fresh beautiful blended hair!
 
ARE SERVICE PRICES THE SAME FOR EVERY STYLIST?
 
Yes, every stylist has the same prices! However, Brooke does charge a little more based on her experience. She is not currently taking any new clients, except for extensions.

WILL THERE BE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO BE AWARE OF?
 
The base price is listed for each service. It will cost more if more product is needed on your hair. We will always be mindful of your budget. 
 
If you want to know an exact price, we recommend a consult! When we can see & feel your hair & know your exact goals! We can better determine what will be needed. 
 
DO I NEED TO COME TO MY APPOINTMENT WITH CLEAN HAIR?
 
Yes, come with clean naturally dried hair so we can see how it falls! If there is product build-up it takes products more time to lift through that! A clean canvas allows the products to focus on lifting your hair, allowing for the best results! 
 
CAN I BRING MY CHILD TO MY APPOINTMENT?
 
We LOVE kids! However, every child is different & they can get restless. If your appointment is long, we recommend getting a sitter so you can relax & enjoy it! If it is a shorter appointment then it is normally okay to bring them.

SHOULD I SHOW UP EARLY FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
 
Yes, we appreciate the early birds! If not early, definitely show up on time! We run a tight ship so we normally finish right on time & want to keep our appointments on track for the day! Thank you!
 
AM I REQUIRED OR EXPECTED TO TIP?
 
Tips aren’t expected, they are appreciated! We tend to use tips as a measure of the service we provided & of your satisfaction. 
 
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SERVICE TO BOOK?
 
You can always call the Parlour or DM us on Instagram! Send pictures of your current hair & hair goal & we will help you!
